I’ve spent more than 4 decades behind the chair, and during that time my work has evolved into something much more intentional than simply cutting or coloring hair.

Aloha! I’m Lisa, I’m the founder and Creatrix of Glow Salon, an organic and sustainable hair studio dedicated to clean ingredients, scalp health, and realistic beauty routines that support your everyday life.

Over the years, I’ve worked with many professional systems, but my passion has increasingly led me toward cleaner, biodynamic haircare such as Oway from Italy, whose formulations reflect the same philosophy I bring to my work.

In addition to being a hairstylist, I’m also a painter and visual artist. That artistic perspective shapes the way I approach hair design — seeing it as a form of personal architecture and expression.

This industry has been my passion for decades, and my focus has shifted toward helping not only clients but also fellow stylists create and maintain sustainable, healthy, and aligned careers.
